چکیده
A fully differential Miller op-amp with a composite input stage using resistive local common-mode feedback and regulated cascode transistors is presented here. High gain pseudo-differential auxiliary amplifiers are used to implement the in order boost output impedance of open-loop op-amp. Both stages operate class AB mode. The proposed has been simulated 130nm commercial CMOS process technology. Proposed Telescopic Op-Amp with Improved Gain
Before venturing further on the design of our operational amplifier, the first line of business is to determine the optimal topology for the given specifications. The factor that clearly stands out is the high dynamic range requirement of 85 db. Several topologies are given for this task, among these telescopic op-amp is selected. Compensation techniques are used with two stage topology of tele...

This paper presents a novel 1.8 V digital-to-analog converter (DAC) which is designed to operate at DC for a wide variety of circuit calibration techniques. To achieve 10-bit performance at 1.8 V, an ultra high gain op-amp is introduced for servoing. In order to minimize area consumption while maximizing performance, a segmented plus binary plus R-2R architecture is used. The DAC was designed i...

Abstract—This work presents a fully differential CMOS amplifier consisting of two self-biased gain boosted inverter stages, that provides an alternative to the power hungry operational amplifier. The selfbiasing avoids the use of external biasing circuitry, thus reduces the die area, design efforts, and power consumption. In the present work, regulated cascode technique has been employed for ga...
متن کاملLow Voltage High Gain Linear Class AB CMOS OTA with DC Level Input Stage
This paper presents a low-voltage low-power differential linear transconductor with near rail-to-rail input swing. Based on the current-mirror OTA topology, the proposed transconductor combines the Flipped Voltage Follower (FVF) technique to linearize the transconductor behavior that leads to classAB linear operation and the virtual transistor technique to lower the effective threshold voltages...
